Your session begins with a calm, one-to-one conversation where you will have space to share your full story including the reason for your visit, your health background and any specific concerns.
Gianmarco will carefully review any medical reports or imaging you may have and ask guided questions to build a complete understanding of your symptoms and needs. This forms the foundation of a personalised treatment approach.
Yes. To understand how your body is functioning, Gianmarco will gently assess your movement, muscle tone, and joint mobility.
This might include hands-on testing or guided movement to help identify areas of tension, restriction, or imbalance.
You may be asked to remove a layer of clothing so the area can be examined clearly so it’s best to wear loose, comfortable clothing (like gym wear). Towels can always be provided for your comfort.
This step is key in forming a clear, holistic picture of your body and how best to support it.
Treatment is completely tailored to your needs and may include a combination of:
Gianmarco may also share simple, effective exercises to do at home along with practical advice on posture, breath, or lifestyle habits to support long-term results.
You will have time to ask questions at any stage, and your comfort is always prioritised throughout the session.
Both physiotherapy and osteopathy treatments are generally gentle and non-invasive. While you may feel mild discomfort especially in areas that are tight or inflamed, treatment should never feel overly painful. Most people describe it as a relieving or releasing sensation. Some techniques, such as soft tissue or myofascial release, can create mild temporary discomfort. Most people find this sensation short-lived and feel significantly lighter or freer afterwards.Your session begins with a calm, one-to-one conversation where you will have space to share your full story including the reason for your visit, your health background and any specific concerns.

This varies from person to person. Some feel significant improvement after just a couple of sessions, while others with more complex or long-standing issues may benefit from a longer-term approach. You will always receive clear, honest guidance tailored to your needs.
You don’t need a GP referral to book a session though some insurance providers may request one, so it’s worth checking if you plan to claim.
Yes. Osteopathy can be a gentle and supportive way to ease common discomforts during pregnancy, such as back, pelvic, or postural strain. Treatments are always adapted to prioritise your safety and comfort.
Yes. Physiotherapy is an effective long-term solution for conditions like arthritis, sciatica, postural imbalances, and recurring sports injuries. The focus is on both symptom relief and addressing the root cause to support long-term improvement.
Acupuncture is usually very well tolerated. Most people feel only a slight tingling, a dull ache or a gentle warmth where the needle is placed. Many describe the overall experience as deeply calming.
Medical acupuncture is based on modern anatomy and neurophysiology, rather than traditional concepts like Qi or meridians. It’s used to stimulate the nervous system, improve blood circulation and support healing often as part of a broader treatment plan.
Most people can safely benefit from acupuncture. That said, there are some conditions where it may need to be adapted or avoided. Before we begin, we will always review your health history to ensure the treatment is appropriate and safe for you.

Many health insurance policies include an “excess,” which is a fixed amount you are required to pay before your insurer contributes to the cost of your treatment. This is typically a one-off payment per policy year and resets when your policy renews.
In most cases, the excess is paid directly to the clinic following your initial sessions. If you’re unsure of your excess amount or when it resets, it’s always best to check with your provider so you know what to expect.

If you're looking for a more integrated, personalised approach to healing, you are in the right place.
